- Participate in managing and supporting service delivery to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Define and manage delivery plans for projects related to deskside support, server, network, or data center, etc.
- Work closely with on-shore and off-shore engineers and coordinators in the global delivery team to build/monitor processes and support project activities
- Act as the focal point for problem resolution and project escalation with senior business stakeholders from clients, while managing their expectations
- Ensure consistency, congruence, and integration of transformation and transition plans with agreed standards
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and bridge the gap between client's requirements and the team
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 15+ years of experience especially in service delivery, project management, or account management; with at least 4 years in a client-facing role and prior experience in IT service providers/consulting firms
- Solid experience in deskside support, server, network, or data center management
- Strong experience in client-facing and stakeholder management including C-Suite
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English is a must
- Strong understanding of implementing processes or services for large-scale projects
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and practices (ITIL, etc.) would be advantageous
- Solid experience in IT project management with relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
